Providing global real estate solutions for over 30 years

Great workplaces enable great work.

Although what defines a great workplace and where that workplace should be located (home, office, coffee shop…) continues to be discussed and debated, there will always be a need for businesses to develop and implement sound real estate strategies that meet the needs of their respective employees, customers, and shareholders.

Experience

I am a global corporate real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the non-profit, financial services, pharmaceutical, media and industrial sectors.  My experience includes leading global teams across all aspects of corporate real estate functions, including strategy, transactions, project management, change management, and facilities operations.

Leadership

People are my passion and the reason I love what I do.  I have had the privilege of building the many strong key stakeholder relationships required to lead significant change across multiple countries and cultures, and to build high-performing teams in regional and global environments to deliver dynamic workplaces.

I believe knowledge should be shared, and I have had the opportunity to mentor, coach, and provide development opportunities for people at various organizational levels and stages in their respective careers and to serve as a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Results

I have the proven ability to develop effective real estate strategies to align with key business requirements.  I have created and lead high-performing teams to deliver numerous high-profile workplace transformation projects with significant change and sustainability requirements on a global scale.  I have also delivered significant, sustainable cost and savings vis-à-vis regional and global portfolio optimization.
