Scope
Consolidate two regional offices and R&D laboratories into one 105,000 sf/9,755 sqm leased building to include approximately 20,000 sf/1,858 sqm of R&D laboratory space. Complete renovation of 1980s-era 3-story office building on 14-week fast-track construction schedule. Objective was to create a safe, sustainable workplace to attract and retain employees, which was cost-effective to occupy and operate, and which would support future growth.
