Relocation into redeveloped legacy headquarters and consolidation from 107,000 sf/9,941 sqm to 87,600 sf/8,138 sqm as anchor tenant in new commercial building on Saint James’s Square. Objective was to create a global headquarters that embodies a world-class brand, acknowledges both the company’s heritage and direction forward, and connects key stakeholders
