Scope
Consolidation of existing 133,063 sf/12,362 sqm office location including return of 1.3 floors to landlord resulting in revised footprint of 99,351 sf/9,230 sqm with retained capacity for 1,000 people excluding visitors. Objective was to create an updated, dynamic workspace to include an interactive multipurpose space for touch down work, learning, and meeting and to fully implement activity-based working (ABW).
