Scope
Relocation from multiple offices and owned estate of 350,000 sf/32,516 sqm into 175,000 sf/16,258 sqm leased space. Initial tenant fit out of 6 of 8 leased floors in new LEED Platinum building. Objective was to create a safe, sustainable, and flexible workplace that provides a stimulating environment designed to foster efficiency and collaboration and reflects a world-class organization and its history in Montreal.

Safety – no reportable lost-time injuries (LTI’s)
• Schedule – construction and five move phases completed on schedule
• Budget – Achieved $7 million CAD project savings to meet business cash conservation requirements
• Efficiency – reduced rentable/owned square footage by 50% and occupied square footage by 63%; corresponding reduction in support service and operating costs; elimination of ongoing reconfiguration costs
• Sustainability – achieved LEED-CI Platinum certification
• Flexibility – workspace types and technology provide the ability to support work in sync with business requirements
