Consolidated 64,000 sf/5,946 sqm regional headquarters office from four floors to two floors totaling 34,000 sf/3,159 sqm. Objective was to renovate a 15-year-old office to create a dynamic work and community-interactive space. Implemented activity-based working (ABW) and new ways of working developed during Covid to improve employee collaboration and opportunities for increased interaction with the community.
