Scope
Consolidation of four office locations throughout the metro area into one building; leased 130,000 sf/12,077 sqm of a newly-constructed 175,000 sf/16,258 sqm building. Tenant fit out of new design/build commercial office project in master planned mixed-use community. Objective was to create a modern, appealing work environment designed with flexibility in mind to reflect a high-quality, global organization, and to optimize occupancy costs.
